This location is CLOSED and has MOVED to 1263 Brookside Ave Ste C, Redlands, CA 92373. I am writing in regards to the customer service I received from TODD UNDERWOOD -- I stopped by the new location and as soon as I walked in, Todd greeted me with a kind smile and was quick and eager to help me update my policy right away! He was so responsive and helpful with my needs, and was just such a pleasure to work with! His customer service is unmatched!

I used to have State Farm insurance my policy was not explained to me properly. When I switch to Allstate Anita was very helpful and informative took the time to explain my policy in a way I could understand answered my questions and concerns and ended up saving money with Allstate. Always a pleasure talking to her and the staff. They do follow ups which is a plus.

It is a pleasure to do business with them. I have been with Loma Linda Insurance for over 5 years, and I was just called in to complete my policy review, and they reviewed my policy to make sure I was receiving all the discounts I qualify for, and they were able to save me more money.
