Max and his team are the most reliable and helpful group you can find in the field. Unlike most attorneys, Max talks to you in a way that you actually understand what is being discussed and what is at risk. Pros and cons - he walks you through the process and is a true source; not just a removed "transactional" attorney who makes you feel like just a number nor one who will just tell you want you want to hear to win your business. Max is truly empathetic and puts things into great perspective which ultimately gives the best outcomes. I could not recommend him or his group more! You'll be happy you called him =)

I'm an attorney myself, but I don't practice family law or draft postnuptial agreements, so I hired Maxwell Hills to prepare a postnup for me. The experience was pleasant and relatively easy, despite having a somewhat complex asset situation on my end and needing some customized terms regarding a new business that my husband and I were in the process of buying. Max was kind, efficient, and reasonably priced, and I'm very happy with the work he did. I definitely recommend him.
