Gave them another chance and they continue to be unprofessional and rude. Wish I could give them zero starts. They change protocol or make changes without notice but don’t be late because they will not see you. They really need to work on teaching front staff how to treat patients.

Great staff. Dentists (MD) are very serious and no personality, but everyone else that works there are really nice and helpful.

Always a bad experience not the dentist but the employees there

Went there for a 1st root canal, they fixed it and prescribed antibiotics to stave off infection. 2nd root canal on other tooth, dentist didn't prescribe antibiotics this time. Found it a bit strange. Scheduled for a crown next week. 2 days later my tooth is in agony. I call to schedule an appointment asap, the lady at the front desk claims that my tooth is going through "trauma". Never heard that before ever so they put me off until I literally begged for another appointment, which they reluctantly finally agreed i needed another root canal done on the same tooth. They had the nerve to charge me for another root canal. I had to pay again for the dentists mistake for forgetting to prescribe me with antibiotics. I didn't find that fair at all.
