This Place is Horrible so bad that once I got wind that this firm is bogus I cancelled services after just a day and they still had decency to put a lien on my case and charge for them to come out and meet me. How Pathetic that this firm is so desperate to put a lien and charge for signing paperwork. This place is a joke, your calls will never be answered, your lucky if they answer the phone and your questions will never be answered cause they never know anything. You will regret the time you wasted talking to this place!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BIGGEST REGRET!!!

Today i received the most horrible service from Patricia at this office! I took the time off work to drive from Upland all the way to their new Sherman Oaks location to be looked and treated like i was an idiot! I hired them for my vehicle accident in July of 2014, knowing and having the knowledge of how to handle Personal Injury cases. I will disclose my personal problem in which led to me making the decision to hire this firm, so that future clients are aware of the UNPROFESSIONAL service rendered!! Before my auto accident i had lost my son at 5 months pregnant in which i was distraught from at the time. Not to mention that i was alao dealing with my mother being hospitalized, and nearly dying. I was reaponsible for taking over the care of my two minor sibblings. We had already lost our father so this is why i made the decision to focus on the well being over our mother and the concern of two minor children who at the time were goiing through a hard time, including myself. That is why i decided to listen to my aunt who previously retained Mr. Goldstein, and take some stress off my shoulders. I was signed up by "Gus", whome was nice and helpful. I provided him with pretty much a set up file , detailed and organized ready for them to jast step in and assist me. Time passed, i went from one case worker to another, then finding out that case worker aaaigned was no longer with the firm to not being able to get a hold of anyone in the office PERIOD! I left voicemails in numerous occasions, and never received a reaponse. Months passed, statue ran this year and that is when i got a call (before the statue) advising me my case would settle. I received an email with the documents, in which i REFUSED to sign their DISTRIBUTION sheet due to the fact that they were relaying an APPROXIMATE NET SETTLEMENT in which they had not negotiated my medical bills to provide me with that amount yet! I then call to follow up on the lien reduction status, and i was advised by Patricia that my check was ready. I go pick it up the check, & funny part they were able to make me my check without the signature? But no provider check! Makes no sense right! Anyhow, the lady has me sign their distribution sheet, i ask for copies of payments made to the providers for my records to be sent, and she stated i hadnt signed the distribution so no payment had been made, in which i could understand why if again, mine waa ready w/out a SIGNATURE!. I am the one in collection, so i see why they dont care! I didnt even get a copy of the reduction agreement between the firm and my medical providers to know it was even for the said amount. The lady said that she would have "them" review my file. I then emailed Gus advising him for status on the pending property damage portion and if he could have "Patricia" call me regarding my concerns after leaving the office. I later get a call from from Patricia saying, "Ashley, its Patricia what do you need i already seen you?" I was unaware the women i spoke with in the firm was in fact her as she didnt even introduce herself! She spoke with me in a CONDESCEND manner, saying that she knew what my past job was and just because i just learned the field etc. Yes, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! If you know the field or not, YOU ARE A CLIENT. No one should be spoken to in that manner let alone be neglected a copy of their documents. They HAVE TO provide you copies of what your ENTITLED to, its your case. Yet, they are so quick to charge their attorney fee! RIDICULOUS! As you see above, my experience was horrible, and i was disrespected. I felt like she was trying to bully me just because she thought i was "NEW TO THE FIELD", BUT i was not. Ive been in the field since 2010, i was just going through difficult moments wherein i made the MISTAKE TO HIRE THEIR SERVICES to releive my stress at the time. If anyone is looking into hiring the attorney, best of luck. I never met or spoke to him, but by the conduct of his unprofessional staff, i can tell you it will not be satisfying!
