I have been to this location a few times in the last couple years but this has got to be the worst experience I've had here. A group of friends and I wanted to do karaoke so we signed up for an hour's worth. Most of the equipment was not working. The microphones were not set up correctly, the connection was so bad that it took us what felt like forever to connect to the app, and the app had many glitches. The setup process took us about 20 minutes because nothing was working (almost half our time). After we started singing, both microphones kept going in and out. We asked an employee for help and they didn't really know how to fix any of our issues either. They were trying to fix the microphone issue for about another 5 minutes, and even though they said they'd pause our time so we wouldn't be wasting anymore of our hour, they failed to do so. We started at around 9:10pm and they cut us off at 10-10:05pm, shaving more time off of our hour. We ended up paying $48 for barely 30 good minutes (about 7-8 songs) of karaoke time. When we went to the front desk to explain all of this to them and ask for a refund or even a discount, they said that because we stayed for the entire hour and didn't talk to anyone beforehand, there was nothing they could do for us. The issue with that is they did not even give us a full hour, and we DID talk to the employees about most of their equipment not working halfway into our time. We also mentioned to them that they did not pause our time when we asked for help and they dismissed it as just an error, and did not to compensate for that. We were all very disappointed with our experience and the customer service here. We had to spend $48 for something we could've easily done anywhere else (including for free at our own homes). We were looking forward to a fun and elevated karaoke experience and ended up getting ripped off. I would not recommend going here, which is sad, as I used to enjoy this place a few years ago. Update: After checking the pricing for the karaoke rooms again I noticed that we were also overcharged. We went on a Sunday between the time of 7pm and closing, and there were 7 of us, which all comes out to $36. However we were charged the 12pm-7pm price of $48. We checked in after 7:30pm and waited until 9pm for our room to be ready.

It was okay. I went there to play pool. The cues and tables were of a lower quality than what I'm used to or was expecting. It was hot. But customer service was nice and decent when I asked how they charge for pool. SNavareo was decent customer service. Might try again but wasn't that impressed.

Pretty awesome place! Huge game room area with lots to play and enjoy. Bowling always fun. They have pool and karaoke too. All for a great price!

Most of all machines were eonline and working during the most recent visit. A few new machines too. Good job on the upkeep. However, DO DO NOT USE THE APP FOR RELOADS, especially if you have multiple cards or have been forced to change cards recently.

All staff members here are trained to be dumb enough to call this karaoke experience. I was ignored when i complained about hot sauna they expected us to boil inside (No AC, more than one associate confirmed it didn’t work, supervisor I complained to tried to cover it up and i quote: “The Remote doesn’t work, AC works perfectly” excuse me it doesn’t change the end result here, I can see the wires coming out of your control unit), didn’t do anything about it other than ignore me. I took this to his manager who didn’t seem to care much either when the karaoke machine stopped working so we left thinking this was the WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER
