Steer clear of this company. I have been attempting to get a claim resolved since December of last year. They are willing to accept insurance premiums, yet unwilling to approve and pay a legitimate claim. I am attempting to seek redress through the courts. I believe a lawsuit, ultimately seeking class action status is the only appropriate avenue for dealing with this company. They should not be allowed to continue defrauding consumers.

The agents are always super helpful and very quick with answering any and all questions! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Never use them and if you ever have to make a claim through them they will drag it out and never pay you. They have you wait on hold with them for hours just to say that they mesed something up. If you want them to do anything get a lawyer. incredibly awful company
