This was our first time at this hotel and what a pleasant surprise it was. The staff was excellence, very helpful and friendly. The amenities are very nice with a beautiful pool and grounds plus the delicious Pizza Press restaurant on site. The rooms are very large for this area with comfortable beds and a balcony/patio for most. Basic but comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Disneyland.

I’ve been going to The Anaheim for over 10 years for every Disneyland trip and it’s always great. It’s the perfect cross-section of price, proximity to the park, and room cleanliness. Plus this year I brought my toddler and the pool is a great way to break up the day and induce a long nap… I’ll never stay anywhere else when I go to Disneyland.

This hotel is decent, for the distance going to Disneyland land. On this trip we decided to bring our pet along. This place does have doggy daycare. But will not let you know that you need to add this on. We did not have a microwave. It was something you must add on. Once again they won’t let you know this at the time of booking over the phone. When traveling with a pet you won’t receive no room service.. my queen bed honestly looked more like a full sized not sure if they gave me the right room or was it because I brought a pet along . Each time I would try to contact front desk through the phone in the room the line sounded out of service; I kept having to contact front desk through my cellphone. I also requested a crib for this trip & the crib didn’t not arrive until near midnight. I cleaned it with baby multi surface wipes and you would not believe how much dirt came off of it. As it the employees didn’t clean it thoroughly. I was flabbergasted at this fact. Won’t be staying here again. I highly recommend desert inn ..

This hotel is just awesome! The property is laid out like a small resort in Mexico with a lush tropical feel and multiple separated buildings with lots of great outdoor space. The pool is nice and big, the staff is super duper nice, and everything is so very clean. The rooms are nice but not fancy, but they have everything you need.

This hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our Disneyland vacation! Location is great, right across the street from the parks, we walked each day. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Anaheim!
